I am back to blogging. I took a five year hiatus and honestly I have missed the outlet. I enjoy this release, and the ability to share with people (even if it's only 2 of you - hi mom!) I turned 30 this year and I am really focused on becoming and showing my authentic self. I love birthdays because I feel like its always a good time of renewal and to reset goals and visions. I am all about making myself better, and really discovering what is going to make me happy, and thats all about what habits and ideas are going to be sustainable. So in this journey for authenticity I really want to strive for a simplistic materialistic approach in my life (this is a pretty new idea for me), but I think it will allow more space for the things that really matter. In an effort to move in that direction I received a little inspiration (which as we know always presents itself in ...
Well we have made it to Wednesday although I can feel Zach and I are both a little worn down. I don't exactly know how to place it I just feel tired even though we are getting plenty of sleep. I think its just the week after week of the same hours. This week at work it has been really slow, so my work days feel twice as long. These are the things I look forward to. On another note- let's look back at the past few weeks. Mostly filled with work, sprinkled with a few fun date nights and of course most recently Halloween. This year I did miss my girls, as I always love to celebrate Halloween with them. Zach and I did have a good time going to dinner with my work friends. I was a Tree and he was a Tree Hugger. It was a good weekend. And to top it off I had today off. I filled it with sleeping and watching TV. Basically the perfect day. I will try to update more this Month... Lots of fun things on the docket. Including Me cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the family, Christmas Card Photos and I am sure much more. Enjoy the photos and I will update some much more intriguing and thoughtful things later... My Tree Hugger Some of the La...
