Love

Well friends this month of February has so far been a great one for me and Zach. I will catch you up on the highlights.

1. Zach did really well last semester and received The Dean's Certificate.

2. Z also got an internship with a Federal Judge! So he is working with him 2 days a week.

3. I got a Promotion!! I am very excited about this. I am now the Social Catering Manager for The Mandarin Oriental Miami. So I will now be booking weddings, showers, birthday parties and much more!
Check out my Director's blog- she is an incredible Social Catering Director and it will be a pleasure to learn and work with her.

4. Zach and I had our Second "official" date night. We went to Il Gabbiano's a well known Italian establishment in Miami very close to our apartment. We absolutely loved it, the pasta, the bruchetta, the cheese, the wine! Everything was so delicious. Its a little pricey, but worth every penny. So save up so the next time you come to visit us we can take you there!

5. Check out my new tablescape below. Its Shell theme (I know what your thinking- but not the cheesy kind). This is inspired from my Sanibel Trip I had so many shells that I thought what better way to display than this! P.S. I made the Napkin Rings :)

6. I also bought a new comforter (Michael Kors), I got it at a great price on Rue La La. If you haven't heard of this site- all I can say is good luck! I am now addicted to online shopping.

7. I will put a little plug about Zach's new blog- I don't know if he will get into writing it but if so I think it could be very interesting!

So back to Love. As Valentine's Day is fast approaching I hope that everyone gets a little more love than usual this weekend. Zach and I will be going to Ft. Lauderdale to stay a night at The W. A small Stay-Cation.

I am back to blogging. I took a five year hiatus and honestly I have missed the outlet. I enjoy this release, and the ability to share with people (even if it's only 2 of you - hi mom!) Crazy. Beautiful Life

Well the past few weeks have been crazy! I am really getting into my new role and I must say I feel as if it suites me. Now I am still  "rookie" in every sense of the word, but to be honest I am learning from a great master. There is no better person to help me transition into this role and be the best that I can possibly be. And hey I am still me, I still Love, Love :) and that is what it is all about. When you have the honor of being a part of someone's most special day, a day that they will remember forever it really makes you realize how beautiful love is. We have a busy month ahead and I will try to update you on some of the weddings we do whenever possible because please do not doubt that they will be every bit of the word fabulous. In other news it seems that 2011 is the year of the weddings, Z and I have a lot of dear friends and family getting married this year.
