White Christmas

I have returned from my travels and I am ready to share with you... This past week Zach and I spent time in Atlanta visiting lots of family and a few friends. I find that this is the hardest thing for me about living so far away. It truly is SUCH a challenge to see everyone you want to see in such a short period of time. To be honest I feel some of my longest relationships with friends are slipping away because of this. It really is such a conundrum. While living far away you hardly see anyone- then the second you get home, everyone wants a little bit of your time. I struggle, because on the one hand I want to be with my family (being away from home really makes you realize how important family is) And on the other hand I feel as if I should be with friends. This year I really tried to make time for both, although I still failed, I am thankful for the short times I had with the people I love and hopefully for the understanding from those I did not see. Christmakah

Any other O.C fans out there. I always loved that show, and the Christmakah episodes were the best. Although I do not celebrate Chanukah I do love Christmas. This post is a little late, as I have had the apartment decorated since Thanksgiving Day. I wanted to share with you my little Christmas Town and tell you all how thrilled I am to be coming home to Atlanta to see family and long lost friends! I am really trying to get in the spirit as the day draws near, Zach and I have already started buying Christmas presents for our loved ones, and I can't wait to see everyone open them on Christmas morning. I listen to Christmas music as much as possible and wear red as much as I can! :) I really do love the season. On top of all of that my Christmas Cards will be going out tomorrow! Work has been tough, I am there more than at home. But the great thing about the catering department is that rarely do you have conferences that happen over holidays.
