Time Flies
It's amazing that I haven't updated in about 10 days it feels like just yesterday that I wrote the previous blog.
The past 2 weeks have flown by and also dragged on, I know that is confusing but it is hard to explain. I mean I have literally been SO busy at work that I can't even begin to describe it to you, so in that sense the days dragged on. Not to mention that we have had some interesting people to make it even more crazy (like literally mental). But then I think that November is almost over and it seems like just yesterday I was trying to prepare myself for this crazy month that is now gone. Sorry if that makes NO sense at all.
All I know is that in 6 days I will be on a plane to Atlanta, I am so thankful for the 5 days off from work and to get to see Family and Friends I can't wait!!!
Zach is doing well- he has finals coming up so he will go into study mode soon. This will be very stressful for him. The final will be his one and only grade in a lot of his classes so he will have to do well. I image the stress will be enormous to succeed. Ahh Let's just all pray for him, he has done so well thus far and I am sure he will continue to do well.
I am tired- thats all I know I been working 6 day weeks and long hours. I really enjoy my job but I need the break. Speaking of work this past Saturday we had a great event for YELP. If you haven't heard of it you need to go online and sign up; it is all real people writing real reviews about restaurants, hotels, shops whatever. I just got myself an account, so be friends with me. I am still figuring it all out. I am like the social networking queen.
The event we had so more of like a PR event, we had a ton of local vendors come in and set-up and then Yelpers got to come to the party and have free food and drinks. We had about 500 people show up and we got some great reviews of the hotel check out this link.
Tonight I am making a Chili- Pasta Skillet (from my Betty Crocker Book) then I am going to work out while I watch my Ghost Whisperer re-run. (I am very proud of myself consistently working out 4 times a week for the past 3 weeks as you recall that was one of my goals from the past blog update) I am also going to test-drive the new John Mayer CD, I have heard good things. And put together Zach and I's Christmas list and write some holiday cards for the girls at work (I am thinking about possible goodie as well because I got the cutest thing from William Sonoma. Please check it out!! You WILL be jealous) I already tried it out too and it works so great!
Busy night ahead, but no worries I will be in bed by 9:30PM haha.
