Happy Birthday Olivia

So today is my baby sister's 19th Birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY. I talked to her and she seems to be doing very well, she has a 12 person dinner planned tonight. So lots of friends and fun. I wish I could be there :) It's hard to believe that she is almost in her 20's I guess its from watching all our old home videos but it seems just like yesterday that we were 10 and awkward. She is an amazing person and I know she is going to do great things in life. So Happy Birthday little one, make it count.

In other news- I had my first bad day at work on Wednesday. It is stupid but apparently the banquet director thinks I am trying to get him fired or that I am out to get him. I find this out from another source first thing when I come in on Wednesday. I don't do well with people not liking me, but I have done nothing wrong. I have just done my job but apparently that has gotten him into trouble. I don't know. I feel torn, clearly I am trying to do a good job so that I can prove that I can move up in the company but at the same time I feel like I need to be friends with my colleagues so they don't make my job harder. I hate this position but I will just do my best and try not to make anyone else look bad.

Zach and I got to eat at Uncle Julio's on Tuesday night with his grandparents and Chris. It was so yummy and I had a swirl which is a margarita with sangria swirled in, oh man it was good!! This was in Meizner Park in Boca Raton. I loved it there it was full of cute shops and a great place to walk around. Then we went to Chris' apartment because I had never seen it before. I thought it was very nice. It was small (like they always say) but not that small for one person.

Wednesday we ate in, steak and sweet potato fries!! And I had cabbage, it was kind of a weird meal but whatevs Zach is used to that about me.

Today I was at work for bout 10 hours. Which is fine, I had a lot to get done. I can not even put into words how BUSY next week is going to be. I am excited/nervous/already tired. I have tomorrow off and Saturday then I work Sunday-Friday. So I am gearing up for a crazy week. Jeremy (Zach's cousin) is in town until Tuesday so he is over now playing FIFA with Zach and we are going to go eat in a little bit. I like all the company we have been having lately!

Sunday we are having a special event- a Britto Event. I am so excited I will tell more after the event and hopefully have pictures!

I think thats all the random thoughts I have for now. I will write more on my days off I have a lot to do in the next 2 days.

Well friends this month of February has so far been a great one for me and Zach. I will catch you up on the highlights. 1. Zach did really well last semester and received The Dean's Certificate. 2. Z also got an internship with a Federal Judge! So he is working with him 2 days a week. Zach on his First Day of Work 3. I got a Promotion!! I am very excited about this. Clear Headed

I am back to blogging. I took a five year hiatus and honestly I have missed the outlet. I enjoy this release, and the ability to share with people (even if it's only 2 of you - hi mom!) I turned 30 this year and I am really focused on becoming and showing my authentic self. I love birthdays because I feel like its always a good time of renewal and to reset goals and visions. I am all about making myself better, and really discovering what is going to make me happy, and thats all about what habits and ideas are going to be sustainable. And this is a great platform to write about all those interesting things, that I am sure other people can relate to. So in this journey for authenticity I really want to strive for a simplistic materialistic approach in my life (this is a pretty new idea for me), but I think it will allow more space for the things that really matter. Crazy. Beautiful Life

Well the past few weeks have been crazy! I am really getting into my new role and I must say I feel as if it suites me. Now I am still  "rookie" in every sense of the word, but to be honest I am learning from a great master. There is no better person to help me transition into this role and be the best that I can possibly be. And hey I am still me, I still Love, Love :) and that is what it is all about. When you have the honor of being a part of someone's most special day, a day that they will remember forever it really makes you realize how beautiful love is. We have a busy month ahead and I will try to update you on some of the weddings we do whenever possible because please do not doubt that they will be every bit of the word fabulous.
